Looking to lease a one bedroom in our 3-bed, 1-bath house in The Ward, Guelph for $800 CAD a month. Rent includes water, while hydro, gas, and wifi are extra. The house features in-unit laundry and a backyard shed for storage. We have included twin and queen bed mock blueprint plans in this post as examples of the layout.

About the roomies

I am one of two roommates (me: a 26-year-old international graduate student and other roomie: a 31-year-old librarian with a cat) looking for a clean and tidy third person. We are looking for a non-smoker and non-partier who fits our quiet vibe. Preferably queer or queer friendly.
