Spacious 2 bedroom, 1 bath, bedroom has a closet and enough space for a queen bed and dresser etc. Kitchen space is divided 50/50 as are 2 hallway closets for additional storage. I have experience as a professional cleaner and like to keep the space clean. Same block as bus stop & walking distance from grocery stores/pharmacy etc. Balcony space for seating/small garden boxes. Building policy is non-smoking. Laundry is in building pay by card $7/load Parking is $40/m if required Renters Insurance/Hydro/Internet were less than $100 each for July
