You will have full share of a fully equipped modern kitchen and living area. The total apartment is fully tiled and spotlessly clean and any person selected will have help keep.it that way. No druggies or heavy drinkers ! The apartment is double the size of the two floors of rental apartments above. With 10 foot ceilings , central air and a air/heat exchange system moderate smoking is non noticeable. The main living area has a 74 Smart TV , Netflix and each furnished bedroom has a TV .( only 1 unit for rent/share). Parking at front door. No steps and more than ample storage. There is an in apartment modern laundry. Gas heat, Netflix ,internet , water and hydro are all included. Share apartment with a 50 year old COVID shot stroke victim that is self sufficient, drives a car but has limited use of his right hand, arm and leg.
