Hi there! I’m trying to find someone who can take over my private room from Oct 1 -Dec 1 in Downtown toronto. That being said, move-in/out date is flexible as I will be leaving on sept 20.

This is a 2Bd+1 unit (storage/ laundry room), where my flatmate and I are currently living. I’ll be going away for a vacation, and we are open to anyone (1 person) who is clean and respectful, Flexible move in and move out.

The building: 87 peter street Amenities : sauna, gym, pool rooms, theatre, bbq room, etc) 9 mins walk to St.Andrew station 1 min to dollarama & shoppers

The unit includes:

• 1 full bathroom
• 1 storage room with washing machine and dryer, and the space is for shoes and suitcases
• flatmate’s room
• master bedroom - this will be your room
• open concept kitchen : dishwasher, microwave, oven, kettle, toaster …etc).
• living area is pretty compact, we have 2 bar stools, and my flatmate’s desk.

The room: The room and the unit is fully furnished, but i can definitely clear out my things if u want to furnish it

• walk in closet (very spacious!)
• chair
• night stand

One thing I will mention is that the rooms have sliding doors. Although the unit itself has great soundproofing, and is a quiet place, we are trying to be more conscious with noise level.

About my flatmate: Very respectful and quiet guy from India. Usually not at home other than sleeping, work schedule is usually from noon to midnight/ 10-7. I had never had issues although he is a guy. Honestly, it is perfect if you have 9-5 job as you will feel like you are using the unit on your own, lots of privacy Please skip if you are:

• planning on planning on bringing guests frequently to our unit, including your partner. We have function rooms/ pool rooms where you can spend time with your friends, but I am opposed to guests in our apartment as I would like to respect my flatmate’s space
• smoker
