About the room
- This is the perfect place for a quiet student or young professional who is comfortable with cats (we have two sweet cats - keeping your bedroom and bathroom doors closed would make sure they aren’t in those spaces).
- Semi-private basement with your private bedroom (bedroom is very large with a walk in closet and desk) and private bathroom.
- The basement also has a kitchen and living space which would be yours to use but cleaned by us weekly (we would use the kitchen and living space upstairs). We usually clean Saturday or Sunday and can communicate with you each week on what this looks like.
- The basement comes furnished and we would prefer a roommate who doesn’t have big pieces of furniture as the stairwell is quite narrow and moving big things could damage the walls.
- You would have privacy in the basement from 8pm to 8am. During 8am to 8pm we would have the basement door open which means our cats could roam and we could come down to share the laundry that is in basement.
- All utilities and internet included.
- Open to 4, 8 or 12 month agreements.
About the roomies
- We are a couple in our mid thirties who work from home 2-3 days a week and in the office the other 2-3 days.
- We have two 8yo cats who love to play and cuddle.
- We are very quiet and seldom have guests over. A few days notice would be provided when guests are expected and we would appreciate a roommate who will also keep guests to a minimum and give us notice beforehand.
