The home is in amazing condition, and in a great location nearby the Western Campus. It is nestled in a welcoming family neighbourhood. Travel to and from campus is simple with a bus route a 5 minute walk from the home.

The home has 4 rooms, the rooms available are located upstairs. The people living upstairs have full access to the bathroom on the upstairs level. They each have ample room, closets, and beautiful views from the windows.

Rent is $1000 a month and tenants begin payment in the month of September.
