A lovely and bright basement apartment with two rooms available located close to Algonquin college (for a total of three bedrooms). Perfect for young professional females. There is indoor and outdoor storage plus shared parking (with the upstairs tenants). Appliances are all in working condition and snow/lawn care is included with the rent. Hydro and wifi are not included but they don’t cost too much. The living areas have been furnished by me but you are welcome to add your own touches. You have to be comfortable with being interviewed by both me and the landlord to insure the best for the property. Because my roommates have not established a moving date, photos can’t be provided until then. But the space is cute, cozy and very open despite being a basement apartment!
My roommates are moving out so it is just me. I am a creative extrovert who wants to live with other females who want to be friends, not strangers just living together. I would prefer to live with someone who is clean and between the ages of 23 - 30. Though I am an animal lover, this space is not well suited for pets. I love to cook, do yoga, host movie nights, draw, thrift, listen to my vinyl, ski, and go on adventures outside (when I’m not working).
