Hello! I have a private room in a 2 bedroom 1 bathroom eight to twelve month lease available near the University of Alberta. It’s in Parkallen which is a safe, friendly neighborhood within walking distance to the LRT and stores. All utilities are included and the entire apartment is furnished except for your room. You will also get your own parking stall with an outdoor plug in.
