The apartment also has in-suite washer and dryer, a balcony, and access to the building’s bike room, pool and gym, plus a hot tub, sauna/steam room and squash/racquetball facilities.

Underground parking and a private storage locker are available for an additional monthly charge.

Lougheed SkyTrain + Lougheed Town Centre are right nearby. Groceries, restaurants and shops are all within easy walking distance.

About 30 minutes to SFU by transit, so this would be a great option for a university student.

I’m a pretty clean and organized person and like keeping the apartment in good shape. I’m looking for someone with a similar mindset. Someone who cleans up after themselves, keeps their things reasonably organized and is considerate of the shared space.

I’m easygoing and don’t expect the apartment to be spotless 24/7, but I do appreciate having a clean, comfortable and organized home. Good communication is also important to me.
