I’m renting a room in my apartment. I’m looking for a responsible, respectful, tidy, and easygoing person. I have a cat. The room is available starting September 1st. It’s on the third floor, and the common areas are shared only with me. The building has amenities and an excellent location between Queen and King Streets, next to Liberty Village and steps from Trinity Bellwoods. Shops and restaurants are also within walking distance. It’s a great, peaceful place to live.The address is 45 lisgar st. UTILITIES ARE 65 monthly.
