Spacious basement bedroom available, and a private bathroom with a stand up shower. Large house with big living rooms and a lovely kitchen. The entire house is furnished other than the bedroom so you can make it your own! The house is located on a 10 acre cherry orchard so there is tons of privacy! There is a large yard and patio, so tons of room for gardening and enjoying the sun! During the winter I primarily heat the house with the wood fireplace so helping me with splitting wood would be lovely. It is a great way to stay in shape during the colder months! I also have tons of blankets and fuzzy socks available for the cozy winter nights :)

My current roommate is moving out so it will just be myself sharing the space. I am a 25 year old female and am going to OC in Vernon this fall, working towards my Bachelor of Social Work. I have worked in kitchens for the past 12 years so I do lots of cooking (and love to share my meals!) I also have 3 cats who love to play outside in the large fenced orchard. They are all very friendly so I am open to adding another kitty into the mix if they are the right fit. I am a quiet and clean gal but I love to chat and am wanting to make some new friends!
