This is suitable for one person. I’m a mature retired woman with a small Yorkshire terrier pup. I’m not opposed to smoking outside. I’m a non smoker. If you have substance abuse problems with drugs or booze, please move on. This is a drama free environment:). I would require first and last month rent as well as a police screening sector. I would reimburse you for this by taking it out of your rent.

As I mentioned this is myself and a dog. I am not interested in any more pets as my dog is not friendly towards other animals.
