About the room

This property is great for students, located just a 2-minute walk from the 112 bus line, about an 8-minute bus ride to Algonquin College, and 35 minutes to Carleton University. If you have a car, there is also space available in the driveway. The house is very open and spacious and doesn’t feel crammed. It has 1.5 washrooms, in-house laundry, heating and AC, and a fully furnished kitchen, living room, and dining room. There is also a basement with plenty of room for storage if needed. Outside, there is a large open backyard with a BBQ, great for hanging out during the warmer months. The house is also close to a variety of grocery stores, including Foodland, Walmart, Metro, and No Frills.

About the roomies

There are three of us living here, all students at Algonquin and Carleton in our last year, aged 21–22. During the week we’re usually hanging out, working, or doing school work. We’re pretty tidy and clean up after ourselves. The place is kept in good shape overall—not perfect all the time, but we stay fairly organized with keeping the bathrooms, kitchen, and living areas clean. We’re pretty laid back and social, but everyone also does their own thing and we respect each other’s space. We’re looking for someone around our age who is clean, respectful, and easy to live with.
