Hello everybody, this private studio is 5 minutes from the Snowdon metro and all amenities including restaurants, grocery, restaurants, pharmacies.. everything one can need within 2-5 minutes while being on a quiet and peaceful residential street with shared back garden. The room includes all dishes (if needed), ironing board, vacuum cleaner, space heater and fan, hot plate, small oven, large fridge, electric kettle, all bedding if needed, etc etc. The tenant will have access to the washer/dryer/balcony/living room upstairs in the shared flat as well. Everyone is welcome; looking for a quiet and reliable person :)
The upstairs flat has a young doctoral student (AI), and an older language student (learning French) :) It’s a very studious environment with helpful and respectful people.
