• Affordable and central location! Very walkable
• Lower Mount Royal, a few blocks from 17th Ave
• Damage deposit required up front (one month’s rent).
• First floor of apartment building on a busy street (sometimes noisy)
• Laundry in the building ($4 for washer, $3.25 for dryer)
• Balcony, bathtub, north facing living room and kitchen, west facing bedrooms, shared storage and regular closet, closet in each bedroom.

About me: I’m 38, an online tutor and do comedy on the side. Some possibly annoying things about me: I’m really sensitive to artificial scents (cleaning products, candles), don’t like a lot of people/party energy in my space and I use the kitchen quite a bit? We can chat more to learn about each other :)
