À partir du 1er octobre, j’emménagerai dans ce magnifique appartement hyper cozy situé à Côte-Saint-Paul, à quelques pas de Verdun. Très lumineux et ensoleillé, l’appartement se trouve à seulement 5 minutes de marche du métro Jolicoeur (ligne verte).

La chambre n’est pas meublée, mais nous pourrons nous arranger selon tes besoins. Pour le reste de l’appartement, je m’occuperai de la décoration ! J’adore le style années 70 et le design Mid-Century Modern (MCM).

Comme l’appartement n’est pas meublé, j’ai déjà acheté une laveuse, une sécheuse, une cuisinière et un réfrigérateur. Le lave-vaisselle est également inclus.

Starting October 1st, I’ll be moving into this super cozy apartment located in Côte-Saint-Paul, just a few steps from Verdun. The apartment is bright and sunny, and only a 5-minute walk from Jolicoeur Metro Station (Green Line).

The bedroom is unfurnished, but we can definitely work something out depending on your needs. As for the rest of the apartment, I’ll be decorating it myself! I love 70s-inspired interiors and Mid-Century Modern (MCM) design.

Since the apartment comes unfurnished, I’ve already purchased a washer, dryer, stove, and refrigerator. A dishwasher is also included.

Je m’appelle Angélique et je suis dans la mi-vingtaine. Je travaille de jour dans un cabinet d’avocats et, le soir, je vais à l’école ou je m’entraîne au gym.

Durant la semaine, je suis plutôt tranquille. J’aime écouter des séries, lire et jouer au basket-ball. Les fins de semaine, j’adore profiter de Montréal : essayer de nouveaux restaurants, visiter les marchés et sortir avec mes amies.

Cela fait maintenant un an que j’habite seule avec mes deux chattes, Millie et Chanelle. Elles sont absolument adorables ! Évidemment, il vaut mieux ne pas être allergique aux chats. 😊

Le fait d’habiter seule m’a appris à être très propre et organisée dans mon espace, surtout avec deux petites voleuses qui essaient de s’approprier tout ce qu’elles trouvent ! J’adore la décoration intérieure et la mode, alors l’appartement sera aménagé avec beaucoup de soin.

Hi! My name is Angélique, and I’m in my mid-twenties. I work during the day at a law firm, and in the evenings you’ll usually find me either at school or at the gym.

During the week, I’m pretty low-key. I enjoy watching TV shows, reading, and playing basketball. On weekends, I love making the most of Montreal by trying new restaurants, visiting local markets, and spending time with friends.

I’ve been living on my own for the past year with my two cats, Millie and Chanelle. They’re absolutely wonderful! Needless to say, you’ll need to be comfortable living with cats and not have any cat allergies. 😊

Living alone has taught me to keep my space clean and organized, especially with two little troublemakers who love to steal anything they can get their paws on! I also love interior design and fashion, so the apartment will be decorated with lots of care and personality.
