✨ About the Property
The property is brand new, and I was actually one of the very first residents when the building opened. It’s only approaching its first anniversary, so the building, amenities, and apartment still feel incredibly new, clean, and modern.
The building has AMAZING amenities, including:
- 🎮 Games room
- 🎬 Private theatre
- 🏋️ Fully equipped gym
- 🧘 Yoga room
- 🏊 Swimming pool
- 🧖 Sauna
- And more!
📍 Location-wise, it’s close to Square One and super convenient. It’s about a 5–10 minute drive or a short bus ride to Square One, so you’re close to tons of restaurants, shopping, groceries, entertainment, and everything you could need.
🛏️ About the Room
The room available is the master bedroom, and it is genuinely HUGE for a newer apartment. It has a beautiful city and sky view, a massive closet that is honestly every woman’s dream, and a private ensuite bathroom attached to the bedroom.
The apartment also comes fully equipped with brand-new appliances, including:
- Full-size fridge & freezer
- Stove & oven
- Microwave
- Dishwasher
- Toaster
- Dining table + chairs
- Pots, pans, plates, bowls, and other kitchen essentials
The bedroom also comes with a brand-new, still-in-the-box full-size bed with a beautiful white wooden frame, so you won’t have to worry about buying a bed immediately.
Overall, it’s a beautiful, modern, spacious apartment in a practically brand-new building, with amazing amenities, a gorgeous view, and an incredibly convenient location near Square One. I’m hoping to find a housemate who is clean, respectful, responsible, and ideally someone who I can become friends with too! 🤍
About the roomies
Hi! I’m Edwina, a UTM student who also works, so I really value having a home that’s clean, quiet, and comfortable. I’m responsible, respectful of shared spaces, and pretty easygoing when it comes to living together. I’d also love to live with someone who I can genuinely get along with, whether that’s grabbing food together, chatting after a long day, or just occasionally hanging out. I’m always happy to give people their space too! I’m hoping to find a housemate who is considerate, communicative, and looking to make the place feel like a home rather than just a place to sleep.
