About the room
Private room in three bedroom ground floor apartment for $770 which includes shared utilities with high-speed LAN + WiFi internet. Due 7-9 days before every month end so we have time to head out and make the deposit as we have disabilities.
Burnaby New West area near McBride and 10th. Plenty of restaurants, Transit, Safeway, Dollar store, Parks.
No illegal drugs, no parties, no night-shifts, quiet at night (10:30 PM to 7:30 AM).
We prefer older more mature wise room-mates with full time jobs or quiet responsible self-reliant RESPECTFUL students. Single person only, no couples.
We are 2 males, White and Asian, one over 55 and the other middle age.
We tend to keep to ourselves but can be social if we get to know others over time.
