About the room
Spacious 2 Bedroom Basement / $900 Month + Shared Utilities Looking for a comfortable and affordable place to call home? This spacious basement offers: • 2 large bedrooms • Full bathroom • Large living room • Shared kitchen • Shared laundry room • Storage space • Private entrance through the back door This home is shared with a lady and small dog upstairs. I will consider a small pet with a deposit. The layout and living arrangement are best appreciated in person, so a viewing is highly recommended. I am also open to someone who works away from home and is only home part-time. I will be scheduling viewings / interviews with potential renters. Serious inquiries only, please.
About the roomies
I am a quiet respectful lady and live upstairs with my small dog. The basement is yours with the exception of sharing the laundry room. There is space in the laundry room for a small kitchenette and you will have access to the kitchen upstairs.
