The apartment is a 1-bedroom plus den, but you can close off the den to create a second bedroom. I don’t have photos of the apartment, however, the photos in the ad are from the same building and very close to the real thing, minus the furniture. The apartment is newly renovated with new floors and paint.
There is no laundry in the apartment; however, a laundry room is available 24/7 on every floor. (Free)
The building is located in the south end, close to Point Pleasant, Saint Mary’s, and public transportation.
I’m looking for someone responsible and respectful, preferably someone close to my age. It’s important to me to get along with my roommate and not feel stressed in my own home.
I’m a second-year student at NSCAD University. I’m quiet and spend a lot of time at home, but I don’t mind going out every once in a while or having people over. I love to bake, and I’m getting into cooking, and I’m always happy to share.
