Hi! I’m Madeleine, a second-year NSCAD student looking for a roommate to share a bright, newly renovated apartment in Halifax’s south end — close to Point Pleasant Park, Saint Mary’s, and easy transit access.

The space: It’s a 1-bedroom plus den — the den has its own doors and locks, so it functions as a real second bedroom, not just an open nook. New floors, fresh paint, no smoking in the building. Free laundry available 24/7 on every floor. Parking may be available through the landlord for an extra fee — happy to check on details if you’re interested.

Costs (per person):

    •    Rent: $900/month (includes heat and water)     •    Hydro: split, est. ~$25 + HST/month each     •    Internet: split, est. ~$30 + HST/month each
