I’m looking for someone to take over the second bedroom in a 2-bedroom apartment. The building is fairly new (built in 2023), and the apartment is modern, clean, and has a good amount of space. The available bedroom is an ensuite, so you’ll have your own private bathroom, as well as your own closet. The room itself is a good size with enough space to make it comfortable and your own.

The apartment is not fully furnished, so there’s definitely room to bring your own furniture and personalize the space. It’s located in a smaller 4-storey building, which makes it feel more quiet and homey compared to a large apartment complex. The apartment is located downtown, close to Kingsway, with convenient access to MacEwan University and the Royal Alexandra Hospital. The neighbourhood is friendly and nice, and the location is convenient for getting around the city. My current roommate will be moving out, so I’m looking for someone who would like to move into the available room. I’ll be adding pictures of the bedroom, bathroom, closet, and the rest of the apartment so you can get a better idea of the space. 😊

Hi! I’m Olamide, I’m 22 and I recently graduated from MacEwan University with an Accounting degree. I’m Nigerian and originally from Lagos, but I currently live in Edmonton.

I’d describe myself as bubbly, friendly, easygoing, and pretty social. I love watching movies and TV, cooking (I cook a lot 😂), trying new foods, going out, and doing fun activities. I also enjoy the occasional game night with friends.

I’m a very clean person and keeping the apartment clean and tidy is important to me. I’m definitely not an extreme clean freak, but I really enjoy coming home to a clean, comfortable space and would love to live with someone who feels the same way.

I also Love pink it’s my favourite colour, so you’ll definitely notice a little bit of pink around my side of the apartment lol. 💗 I have a good circle of friends, but I don’t usually have people over all the time. I really value having a calm, cozy home, so while I’m social and enjoy having friends over occasionally, the apartment is generally pretty peaceful.

Overall, I’d love a roommate who is friendly, clean, respectful, and easy to get along with. I’m always down for a movie night, good food, or just hanging out together, but I also completely respect personal space and alone time.
