I just bought a house and have two freshly painted and furnished bedrooms to rent! I’ve already found one lovely roommate, a young professional woman in her late 20’s who will be moving in Sept. 1st, and am looking for one more! I also live here with my two kitties🐈‍⬛ (so you must be okay living with cats!). I’m pretty chill, artsy, I try to stay active, I love cooking and I do like to have the occasional get together/ party with friends. I work as an educator in a daycare and have a very regular schedule. I try to keep the place clean and have been working on improving it little by little. I like to be social and do dinners or movies or coffee with roommates when they want. I speak English and French and am open to any kind of roommate, as long as you’re chill, kind, and respectful. Sorry, absolutely no smokers of any kind though as I’m super allergic 🚭🚭🚭 The house has a fully equipped, decent sized kitchen, an enclosed porch/ sun room, living room with a projector, laundry room with washer and dryer, a small front yard, and backyard with a garden which you will have full access to. The room, pretty average sized, is fully furnished with a bed, desk, wardrobe, and closet! The two rental rooms are on the main floor and I’m in the basement. The house is in Park Extension neighborhood, only a 10 min walk from Acadie metro station and 10 min walk from Parc Jarry on the other side. Je viens d’acheter une maison et j’ai deux chambres fraîchement repeintes et meublées à louer! J’ai déjà trouvé une charmante coloc, une jeune professionnelle dans ses vingtaines qui emménagera le 1er septembre, et j’en cherche un(e) autre! J’habite aussi ici avec mes deux minous🐈‍⬛ (il faut donc que vous aimez des chats!). Je suis chill, créative, j’essaie de rester active, j’adore cuisiner et j’aime bien organiser de temps en temps des soirées ou des fêtes entre amis. Je travaille comme éducatrice dans une garderie et j’ai un horaire très régulier. J’essaie de garder la maison propre et je m’efforce de l’améliorer petit à petit. J’aime être sociable avec mes colocs, faires des soupers ensembles, ecouter des films, ou prendre un café quand ils le souhaitent. Je parle anglais et français et je suis ouverte à tout type de colocataire, pourvu que tu sois chill, gentil et respectueux. Avec l’exception de fumeurs. Desolee mais pas de fumeurs du tout, je suis vraiment allergique!! 🚭🚭🚭

La maison a une cuisine entièrement équipée d’une bonne taille, un porche fermé/véranda, un salon avec projecteur, une salle de lavage avec laveuse et sécheuse, une petite cour avant et arrière avec un jardin auquel tu auras pleinement accès. La chambre, de taille assez moyenne, est entièrement meublée avec un lit, un bureau, une armoire et un armoire! Les deux chambres à louer se trouvent au rez-de-chaussée et moi, j’habite au sous-sol. La maison est située dans le quartier de Park Extension, à seulement 10 minutes à pied de la station de métro Acadie et à 10 minutes à pied du parc Jarry, de l’autre côté. I don’t think I’d call myself your typical landlord. I’m super chill, creative, I love cooking, spending time in the backyard, I’m really social and hangout with my friends a lot. I love having people over, going out, hiking, camping, dancing, being active! I’ve lived with roommates for a long time now and am very social with the people I live with. Always down for a good chat, coffee, going out, movies, dinners, whatever! But at the same time take my space and let you have yours too! The new roommate who will be moving in on Sept 1st is a young professional in her late 20s who seems very sweet and pleasant to live with!
