The Logistics: $1,000/month + shared utilities

I am a 27 year old female. I work as a teacher during the week, so I appreciate a relatively quiet and clean space to recharge. I have a Golden Retriever who is a big part of the household. On the weekends or after work, I love hitting the golf course or just taking it easy in the backyard hot tub. I’m looking for a roommate who appreciates a relaxed, respectful, and friendly home environment! The other roommate is also mid twenties and is originally from Ontario. She works at a museum and loves to bake on her down time.
