The room comes with its own private en-suite bathroom and walk-in closet, so you have a lot more privacy than a typical shared apartment. The bedroom is currently unfurnished, but the rest of the apartment is fully furnished.

The apartment has floor-to-ceiling windows, great downtown views, a large kitchen/island, in-suite laundry, balcony and a bright, modern living area.

$1,100/month including bills. Ideally looking for someone for around 3 months initially, with the possibility of staying longer if everything works well.

I’m looking for someone clean, respectful, easygoing and comfortable living with a cat. Cindy is very friendly and will almost certainly come and investigate you 😂

Great option for someone working or studying downtown who wants their own bathroom and plenty of storage without paying for a full apartment by themselves.

I’m 25, originally from the UK, and work full-time in outside sales. I’m pretty easygoing at home and generally keep to myself, but I’m sociable and happy to have a chat or hang out now and then.

I like keeping the apartment clean and reasonably tidy, but I’m not obsessive about it. I’m usually working during the day and tend to have fairly quiet evenings.

I’ve also got a young cat called Cindy, so being genuinely comfortable around cats is important. She’s friendly, curious and very much part of the apartment.

Ideally looking for someone respectful, clean and easy to live with who wants a relaxed home rather than a party house (although if you invite me for drinks, I will definitely come)
