The property is located at 8375 Broadcast Avenue SW in a newer area of Calgary with plenty of nearby amenities, restaurants, shopping, and easy access to the rest of the city. The apartment itself is modern, comfortable, and in a great neighbourhood. I’m looking to create a relaxed, clean place that feels like home rather than just having someone rent a room. It would be a great fit for someone who wants a nice space in a newer area while still being close to everything they need.
I’m a 28 year old who has a 7-on/7-off rotation, so I’m away for a week at a time for work. I’m pretty easygoing, social and respectful, but I also enjoy having my own space and downtime. I like keeping the house reasonably clean and would ideally find a roommate with a similar mindset.
I also have two friendly Staffies who will be living at the property, so being comfortable around dogs is important. Since I’m away for work every second week, I’d especially love to find someone who genuinely likes dogs and wouldn’t mind helping out with feeding them while I’m away. Overall, I’m hoping to find someone who’s responsible, easy to get along with, and interested in having a comfortable home rather than just sharing a space with a stranger.
