Nice room in a house situated between the Metrotown mall and Deer Lake. Walking distance from a lot of shops, restaurants and groceries. It’s also close enough to the forest to go on nature walk/runs. The house itself is decently big with one living room, a kitchen, a laundry and two bathrooms, one of which you would share with another roommate.

I’m looking for someone to take my room since I’m moving away. The other roommates are two girls in their mid twenties to early thirties and two cats who are very adorable. One of them works remote and the other a classic 9-5. They both help keep the house clean and are fun to talk to.
