Very quiet private room overlooking greenery for someone who values peace and quiet after work, in a house on a Rideau River. We are a “family” of mature roommates who share the same values of serenity and kindness, and are ready to add another quiet, working, 45+ years old, non-smoking, non drinking male person to our Sunday dinner table and perhaps a game of bridge or poker if that’s up your alley. We value serenity, cleanliness, and consideration. We also like to play ping pong, foosball table and pool. You won’t hear any of it in your room as the house is 6000sqft big and providing serenity is important to us, and it’s one of this home’s biggest assets. The room is large 18” x 14”, its upstairs, has two large closets and is fully furnished with bed, dresser, night stand, floor lamp, big screen TV. There is a large kitchen, and there are two dining areas for your use, or you can eat outside under the umbrella looking at the river during summer time. Parking, wifi, laundry, central air, heat and hydro included. You will probably need to drive. The nearest bus stop is 1km away. There is no sidewalk so it’s hard in the winter. We don’t have overnight visitors.
