The apartment is a beautiful, spacious and well-maintained basement apartment in Gatineau. It’s very clean, comfortable and has a really nice homey feel.
The location is super convenient, with Dollarama, Provigo, Shoppers Drug Mart and other everyday essentials nearby. Public transit is also easily accessible, and parking is available if you have a car.
The room will be available for October, but I’d love to connect with someone sooner rather than later so we can make sure it’s the right fit. Only the first month’s rent is required, with no last month’s rent needed. A good credit score is preferred, or a co-signer can be provided.
