One room available in a shared apartment starting September 1st. Rent is $900 per month, utilities included (water, power, internet).

The apartment is in a low-rise building that’s about 4 years old. You’ll have your own private bedroom and bathroom. The shared living and kitchen spaces (not pictured) are already fully furnished by the current occupants. The unit has a washer and dryer, and the kitchen has a dishwasher. The building has outdoor parking and is situated directly on a bus route that goes straight to the university (15-minute ride), Regent Mall, King’s Place, and the hospital.

We’re looking for someone clean, considerate, responsible, and easygoing to occupy the second bedroom in our two-bedroom apartment. Female post-secondary students preferred.

We’re a young, quiet couple who tend to keep to ourselves and spend most nights at home. We’re also both into a lot of nerdy stuff and enjoy watching movies and playing board games in the main living area. We’ve had someone living with us in the second bedroom on two separate occasions without any conflicts.
