This is a RELET / LEASE TAKEOVER — NOT a sublet. The approved replacement tenant would take over the lease through Parkside.

The Residence

Parkside is centrally located in downtown Toronto with a subway station approximately a 5-minute walk away.

The Room

Important Information

We are an out-of-province family and secured the residence in anticipation of our daughter attending school in Toronto. Unfortunately, she will no longer be attending, so the room has never been occupied by her and she will not be moving in.

Because this is a relet, any interested person will need to complete Parkside’s required process and be approved by Parkside management before the lease can be transferred.
