Lovely home and top floor bedroom in the heart of the West End in Toronto! Just a 30-minute streetcar to the downtown core, 15-minute streetcar to Trinity Bellwoods park. Walking distance to Ossington and Sunnyside beach, and a short (~10-minute) bus ride to the nearest subway station.

Home includes a shared (large!) backyard and a large deck for the top floor occupants (aka me and you!) only. Quiet neighbourhood with respectful neighbours and an attentive landlord. Shared kitchen and bathroom, with all utilities including internet included. I MIGHT be able to provide a double bed with a frame! I’m looking for a new bed anyway!

Top floor bedroom is street facing, but not loud. It is the largest on the floor, with three large windows for the sunlight to pour in. We also have a large (60 inch) TV and living room that has all the apps on it for streaming!

Three woman occupants (including me!) are currently living in the home. LGBT+ friendly, very quiet, and highly considerate working professionals over 25. Cannabis and smoking friendly, but only outside, please!

I am a 26 year-old policy advisor at a law firm downtown, and work approx. 2 days from home, and three days in office. I’m very quiet, love to cook, travel, and watch TV! Highly open to those with cats, which I love ❤️ Although I am quiet, I am hoping to find a roommate that matches my vibe and would enjoy hanging out with over a glass of wine (or beverage of choice!) I really value honestly, kindness, and understanding in a roommate.
