A beautiful and very bright one-bedroom apartment right in the heart of Coal Harbour, Downtown Vancouver, just steps from the seawall, the waterfront, Broughton Street, the community centre, Stanley Park, restaurants, cafés, groceries, shopping, and transit. The location is amazing — safe, quiet, extremely walkable, and surrounded by some of the nicest views and scenery in downtown Vancouver. The building also has 24-hour security, a gym, swimming pool, jacuzzi, rooftop, games room with ping pong, darts and pool, plus meeting rooms.

The bedroom is fully furnished with a comfortable queen bed, closet, mirror, and a large window that makes the room very bright. You’ll have your own private bathroom, and I won’t use it, so it’s essentially your own private bedroom + bathroom setup. The kitchen, living room, and small den/storage area are shared. The living room is only used by me for sleeping from approximately 12 a.m. to 5 a.m.; during the day it’s completely available for you to use. The apartment itself is cozy, very clean, fresh, nicely furnished, and has lots of windows and a beautiful view. Everything is included in the rent — internet, hydro/electricity, and utilities, so there are no surprise extra bills. There’s no balcony, but the views and the overall environment more than make up for it. It’s a really comfortable place in an incredible part of Vancouver.

I’m a friendly, easygoing, and open-minded guy who enjoys having a good relationship with the person I live with. I’m gay, and I’m completely comfortable with people from all backgrounds and lifestyles. I’m clean, respectful, and pretty easy to get along with. I’m also someone who enjoys sharing life a little — cooking or having meals together, going grocery shopping, working out, or going for a run around Stanley Park or the seawall would all be fun. At the same time, I’m not the type who expects a roommate to constantly socialize, so everyone can have their own space and privacy.

My schedule is pretty flexible, and I’m usually out during the day, so the apartment generally feels very open and relaxed. The only thing I ask is that we keep things reasonably quiet between around midnight and 5 a.m., since I sleep on the living-room couch during those hours. The living room is completely open and available to you the rest of the time, and you’re absolutely free to come and go as you like. I’m really just looking for a kind, understanding, and respectful person who wants a comfortable place to call home.
