Chambre a louer a Verdun (H4G 2V3) à quelques minutes de marche de la station de métro de l’Église, des nombreux commerces de la rue Wellington, et de la plage.

C’est une très grande pièce lumineuse au sous-sol, avec sa propre salle d’eau. La douche est partagée avec moi a l’étage. L’appartement est très grand avec une belle cuisine, un salon et une jolie cour privée à l’arrière.

La chambre est actuellement innocupée, elle ne possède actuellement qu’un lit double. Je suis ouvert à acheter d’autres meubles et une tv pour rendre le tout plus joli et confortable.

Très important ! J’ai un chat et un chien (bulldog français) donc je recherche une personne qui a aussi un petit chien (propre), question de pouvoir se rendre des services sur la garde et les sorties (dans la cour arrière).

Le stationnement est facile sur la rue.

Room for rent in Verdun (H4G 2V3), just a short walk from De l’Église metro station, the many shops on Wellington Street, and the beach.

It is a very large, bright basement room with its own powder room (sink and toilet). The shower is shared with me upstairs. The apartment is very spacious, featuring a nice kitchen, a living room, and a lovely private backyard.

Everything is included, such as internet and streaming services. The room is currently vacant and only contains a double bed. I am open to buying additional furniture and a TV to make the space look nicer and more comfortable.

Very important! I have a cat and a dog (French Bulldog), so I am looking for someone who also has a small, house-trained dog. This would allow us to help each other out with pet-sitting and letting the dogs out (into the backyard).

Street parking is easy.

Nous serions que 2 au total dans l’appartement. Je suis un gars tranquille, respectueux, qui est souvent absent (chez mon chum). J’aime cuisiner beaucoup cuisiner et relaxer avec un livre ou devant une série.
