Furnished third bedroom in a spacious 3-bed/2-bath condo on one of the top floors of a new modern building that is Connected to Path. You’d be sharing a bathroom with me. Amazing balcony view overlooking the lake and Billy Bishop Airport - and it wraps all the way around the unit.

The room has a pillar on it. The room comes witn a twin bed (we will provide the mattress and bedroom), study table(also included) and a closet. If you wish you may keep your desk in the living room as well. Willing to negotiate rent!

Amenities: pool, party room, and a complimentary Pure Fitness membership. Location: 8-min walk to Union Station, directly connected to the PATH, and the 510/509 streetcars are just a 3-minute walk. In-unit: ensuite laundry, fully furnished. Kitchen: fully stocked - oven stove, microwave, air fryer, coffee machine, and yes, even a waffle maker 🧇 Included: everything except hydro.

Hey! I’m Tian, 24, a UofT grad now working in the financial district. I’m fairly outgoing - I’d love to actually be friends with my roommates, if not that’s okay too. When I’m not working, I am probably in the gym (I try to stay active) or baking something in the kitchen - you might end up as a taste-tester!
