About the room

I am testing the waters to find two quiet, mature, and respectful individuals to team up and lease the other side of my old duplex in Dartmouth starting October 1st. It’s an incredible location—close to NSCC, No Frills, and major bus routes.

This home is a calm and clean space and I’m looking for rommates who value the same. Looking for tidy, independent working professionals or students who value a peaceful shared environment.

One bedroom is an upper level room with a share washroom and the basement room has a private washroom (althought it may be shared amongst roommates it is generally used soley by the downstairs roommate)

Rent is $800 per month with bills (power & WiFi) split three ways.

About the roomies

I am a 35-year-old male and a working professional who works hybrid remote and in the office. I am also pursuing a Masters degree so a quiet atmosphere is important to me. Outside of work, I like to particiapte in sports and play video games with friends. Easy to get a long with a respectful roommate.

I found the site to be clear of scams which is very much appreciated since there's so much garbage out there on the web.

Flawless design and user-friendly. I hope people really catch on to this app because it is well put together for people looking for affordable housing.

Roomies is my #1 go to whenever I want to list a room for rent because I always have a better experience with them than any of the other sites out there.
