About the room

Hi guys I will be renting this room for someone who’s willing to stay a year at least or longer if possible. You will be living with me and another roommate, the place is steps away from union station and Harbourfront. Grocery like Metro and Loblaws are minutes away. The unit have a balcony and will be sharing the bathroom with my other roommate, it’s not gonna be furnished unfortunately. If you are worried about the utilities everything but WiFi is covered for you including parking. WiFi will be shared with me and the other roommate. The place got Gym, a large swimming pool, Sauna ,Steam room, Jacuzzi, business center, cyber lounge, theater room, billiards and ping pong room, party room, basketball court and a tennis court. The area is really well protected as well, you don’t have to worry about some homeless trying to harass you at night if there are any concerns with safety. About the roomies

My name is Thant but mostly known as Nicolai, I am a clean freak who’s looking for someone really clean and tidy. If you are a smoker you are free to smoke at the balcony but never inside please. I’d prefer a student or a young adult but it’s all good. I’m a really chill and friendly person all I ask from you is to be respectful and mindful towards your roommates other that than I might just become your best friend:)
