I am offering a room in my owner-occupied home. This is to help offset costs. Looking for a clean and respectful student or professional. The home is conveniently located in SE Airdrie right off Main Street and provides quick access to Calgary and close to all major amenities.

Rent includes utilities, internet and some streaming providers. Private bedroom and bathroom (bedroom can be furnished or unfurnished depending on needs).

Shared kitchen, laundry and living areas.

Access to off street parking, parking pad for a small trailer, storage and a commercial quality gym.

Important notes: No smoking, vaping or drugs on the premises.

Owner-occupied and will be shared with my two young kids and medium sized Aussie Shepherd (kids and dog are here on 4 days on 4 days off schedule.
