About the room
I actually love living in this area. It’s close to Golden Ears Park and many lakes. Yet a bus stop right in front of our complex to get you to places if you take transit. I have a Cavenese Dog, 2 years in Sept. Still a pup. I live in a 4 bedroom t/house. Most people like the room downstairs as it has its own personal bathroom. Yet this room is a bit smaller than the one on the top floor. However, the one on the top floor would have a bathroom outside their room. It would be their own private bathroom as I have my own. We would share the kitchen which would include but not limited to basic, cleaning up after ourselves and shared cleaning responsibilities of less frequent things in the kitchen. I.e. cleaning floors I do have a spot for parking in my garage. I just need to remove a trailer. This price includes utilities, internet, shared laundry, and 1 parking spot if required.
About the roomies
It is only Maximus, Max for short, and me. Max is still like a puppy (2 yrs) and boundaries are in place for him still. I hope you enjoy dogs.😊I’m pretty quiet and routined. Go to work, come home, walk/take out Max, dinner, then reside to my room. If you think you can blend with a schedule that’s relaxed like this and a dog like Max, reach out.
