The room is available for only one person. It is ideal for a mature, friendly, easy-going, responsible, and respectable person who prefers the freedom and comforts of living in a spacious home in downtown Toronto rather than in an expensive small impersonal high-rise apartment/condo.

Our home has a spacious living room, a large clean kitchen, free laundry facilities, a nice backyard, and is within 4 blocks of 3 TTC subway stations. The house seems always to be super quiet, perhaps indicating that active, happy people live here.

The location is awesome – tranquil street (though only 3 blocks from Yonge and College), many nearby grocery stores, and a 24 hour Rabba a little block away.

House is smoke-free and drug-free. The room and house are tranquil. Anyone that sees the house loves it – and the price, especially for downtown Toronto is super reasonable. The home is LGBT+ friendly.

Shared accommodation is available for the short term (1 month) or longer. There is no lease commitment, although a minimum one-month notice is required before moving out. First and last month’s rent (less any upfront deposit to secure it) is payable upon moving in.
