I’m looking for someone to sublet my room for 8 months from Sept 2026 - Apr 2027. 1 private bedroom is available in a 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom house. The room comes fully furnished with a spacious closet, a bed, and a large desk. The house has central heating / cooling and all utilities (heating, electricity, water, wifi, washing machine, dryer) are included in the rent. The house is located in a nice and student friendly neighbourhood that’s very close to campus with the nearest bus stop being only a 5 minute walk away. Very close to T&T and costco for convenient groceries. The room also has 2 large windows which allows for a lot of natural light to enter the room.
