Portable dishwasher, AC/heat pump mini-split in every room, water heating, washer+dryer in unit. Spacious 2nd floor balcony overlooking street.

I’m 32 male, working professional out of the house from 7am-5pm weekdays.

1 minute walk to 501 Queen/ 504 King Streetcars. 10 min walk to Roncesvalles grocery and boutique shops. Lots of restaurants around Parkdale/Roncy, 10 min walk to the lakeshore.

Utilities (gas/hydro) + Internet not included, amounts to roughly $80 each tenant.
