A warm, comfortable home is looking for the right mature woman to join a very small female household.

The homeowner is a friendly, independent woman in her late 60s who would ideally love to find someone in a similar stage of life — retired or approaching retirement, independent, kind, tidy and interested in a home where neighbours under the same roof can occasionally enjoy a coffee, and some conversation and companionship ♥️

Large bright room with wide windows, huge closet, furnished, with brand new mattress. Beautiful outdoor patio space, large shared living room, bathroom, laundry and kitchenette area with one other quiet lady tenant. Use of large full kitchen upstairs. The area is a beautiful and quiet residential area of Wasaga Beach. A few minutes drive to the beach, shops and groceries near by. Lots of nature nearby.

I half joke that my ideal home sharing scenario would be a very low-key Golden Girls situation — everyone independent and doing their own thing, but friendly enough to have a coffee or chat together sometimes. I love gardening, and good people that are honest and open. I enjoy time with community and helping others. The downstairs tenant is a nice quiet lady, we enjoy spending some time together going on drives to check out new areas sometimes and enjoy the wonderful summer weather. Everyone has their own space, but it’s a friendly household ♥️
