Kitchen has microwave, pressure cooker, toaster, rice cooker, blender, air fryer, vacuum sealer, and all possible utensils. Large fridge (with water and ice maker) and 2 freezers.
Living room has 60inch smart television, tons of art supplies, aircon, and pull out sectional.
Washer and dryer included.
$1300 Rent includes highest speed Internet and utilities/heat or $1200 rent and 1/4 electric bill (pay for own internet). Willing to negotiate on price if necc. We want to be financially accessible- but also fair.
The house has 2 kitchens, 2 living rooms, and 2 bathrooms- so there is ample space to hang out or be alone.
House come with 2 yards and gardening beds and lots of sitting areas, outdoor projector, fire pit, and charcoal BBQ.
This is a split level house with half flight if stairs to go to upper kitchen, living room and bathroom and your bedroom and half flight if stairs down to freezer and laundry room and 2nd kitchen/livingroom.
We want this to be a long term thing and would be down to create a path that works for all of us to feel good in the space.
About us:
Living with 2 white queers (partners in basement) and sharing upstairs with our mom who is a super chill, quiet woman who spends 90% of her time in her room and 10% baking and cooking :)
-We have cats. They live mostly downstairs and 1 mostly upstairs.
-All 3 of us have some disabilities and care about having intentionally accessible and chill space. 2 work from home and need to have relative quiet during daytime hours. Still can live life normally, but music etc must not be super loud.
-2 folks smoke cigarettes but outdoors only.
-We often share in meals and hang out but respect space, downtime, and privacy.
-We are quite cluttered and messy but make sure dishes are clean at end of night and place is maintained to feel hygienic.
-One if us is immunocompromised and needs any visitors (not you, just guests) to mask when inside.
You:
-Chill and laid back person who can handle a house full of autistic introverts.
-Someone who is friendly and communicative and cares for harmony in a home
-Willing to ask any guests that come inside to mask while indoors and communicate with house if experiencing symptoms of cold/flu.
-Someone understands and values consent, care, and communication
-Someone looking for long term home is ideal, but not necessary
