Looking for female housemate. Quiet, clean, furnished bedroom (12x10)in Laurelwood. You also have the use of your own bathroom. I am the owner/landlord and I will also be living on property. House features central air conditioning, shared kitchen and living room, covered back porch and deck, close to bus stop. Application process will require a credit check and references. Professional woman or retired preferred. All utilities AC, high speed internet, laundry and driveway parking for smaller car. Across the street is a strip mall with a grocery store, Shopper’s and Pizzeria.
