The bedroom is private, while the kitchen, bathroom, living room and laundry area are shared. The home also has off-street driveway parking, a backyard, and garage space available for additional storage. Lawn care is taken care of, so that’s one less thing to worry about.

The home is located in a quieter residential area and is a good fit for someone looking for a comfortable, peaceful place to come home to.

We have 3 cats, so the house is already at its pet limit and unfortunately cannot accommodate additional pets. The right roommate would need to be comfortable living with cats. 🐱

We’re a couple in our late 30s who are also renters in the home and have our landlord’s permission to rent out the room. We’re looking for a mature adult, ideally around our age or older, to share the home with us.

We’re pretty laid-back people who enjoy spending our free time fishing, playing games, watching shows and anime, or simply relaxing at home. We’re not a party household and don’t drink, so we’re hoping to find someone who enjoys a similar quiet, comfortable home environment and is comfortable living with a couple.

We’re looking for someone who is clean, respectful, quiet and considerate of shared spaces, with a full-time job or reliable source of income. Proof of income may be requested.

A few important household expectations: no parties, no overnight guests, and no additional pets. Cannabis smoking is okay. We simply ask that everyone respects each other, cleans up after themselves, and helps keep the shared areas pleasant.
