We have a home gym in the basement, a balcony out front with a view of the neighbourhood, and a small back garden and shed. Laundry in house, modern kitchen, pretty large bedroom for ya, nice living room and dining room, two bathrooms and two showers, driveway with two parking spots, tons of free street parking in front of the house, amazing location to walk everywhere.

Best of all, my husband and I have two beautiful cats (Ducky and Goose)!

Rent for the room is $950/month plus utilities which usually come out to around $100. The room will be unfurnished but the rest of the house is fully furnished. We might be able to help furnish it if you need a hand!

We are looking for someone to fill the third bedroom in our three bed house in Lowertown. My husband (M30, Canadian, working in government) and I (F27, British/Canadian, working in pharmaceutical manufacturing) occupy one room, a second room is filled by Mael (M30, from France, doing a PhD at UOttawa), and the third bedroom will be available as of Sept 1.
