This is a clean, spacious room with large closet and window allowing lots of light. The house is in a great location, on a quiet street, next to all amenities. Bus stop at end of street and it’s walking distance to stores and restaurants. Unlimited wifi. First and last required.

There are 3 bedrooms upstairs. I live in one here with my 2 cats (10 yrs old). Sean rents the other room upstairs. There is a 3rd room upstairs is the room that’s available. There is a very quiet couple that live in the basement. Everyone is respectful and cleans up after themselves after cooking in the kitchen and using the bathrooms. The main floor has a shared kitchen, living area, powder room and laundry room.
