The room is on the main floor in the middle of the house. The size is 8.5 feet by 9 feet (2.6 metres by 2.7 m)

You will share the rest of our house with us which includes the living room and kitchen and laundry room.

Street parking for about $25 per month is available.

LOCATION – 20 minutes east of Downtown Leslieville - near Leslie & Dundas on a quiet street.

3 minutes walk to Queen Street with 24 hour streetcars to George Brown College (15 minutes) and downtown and OCAD University (20 minutes) and lots of great restaurants and shops

2 minutes walk to Gerrard Street with 24 hour streetcars to U of T and Toronto Metropolitan University (formerly Ryerson) (20 minutes) and Gerrard Square mall (4 blocks away) and lots of great restaurants and shops in Little India (3 blocks east)

Jones library is two blocks away and the Jones and Greenwood buses to the Danforth subway are two blocks in either direction. Jones, Dundas and Greenwood all have bicycle lanes.

5 minutes walk to Lakeshore and Leslie (Loblaws, Freshco, Shoppers Drug Mart and Canadian Tire).

Greenwood park is 1 block away (large park with skating & hockey rink) 5 minutes by bike to the Leslie Street spit (wilderness in the city) and Ashbridges Bay (beach volleyball courts and the Beaches boardwalk).
