Saskpolytech Student rental (non-smoking house) 3 bedrooms out of 4 bedrooms for rent in house. 2 bedrooms available upstairs: –Green room (master bedroom), Queen-sized bed –white room (bedroom number 2), double bed – Grey room (bedroom number 3) available downstairs. Twin captain’s bed. ☆Each room comes with bed, dresser/chest of drawers, bedside table, desk, office chair, 1 brand-new pillow, laundry basket and garbage can. House is 10-15 minutes walk from Saskpolytech, 10-15 minutes walk from coop and No Frills. About 20 minute walk to downtown (Fairford and Main). House has a garage, which is available for renter use, however requires manual opening and closing. Prefer to rent by semester/term at SaskPolyTech.

Washer and dryer in the house to be shared by residents. Fenced backyard. Pets on a case by case basis. (Max 1 pet per tenant). No smoking indoors. Wifi included. Utilities included. ☆I cannot rent to Electrical Engineering Technology Students.

About the roomies

Started teaching at Saskpolytech in fall 2024. Bought this house in April 2026. Currently living alone. I do not own a car, I walk or bike to get around.
