I’m looking for someone to take over my furnished room from September 1st.

The house is located in a quiet, safe residential neighborhood near Joyce-Collingwood Station. I’ve been living here myself, so I’m happy to answer any questions about the house and the area.

The house has a very friendly and welcoming atmosphere. The people living here are kind and sometimes we have meals together or go out together. It feels more like a small family than just a typical shared house.

The landlord is also very friendly, energetic, and helpful. She has been very supportive during my time in Vancouver.

There is currently one roommate, a friendly and easygoing 23years old Australian woman who works full-time. She is respectful, clean, and easy to get along with. The atmosphere at home is very friendly and relaxed, and we sometimes have meals or hang out together.

The landlord is a very kind, energetic, and caring person. She is always willing to help when needed and makes the house feel welcoming and comfortable. She really cares about the people living in the house and is easy to talk to.

Everyone in the house is friendly and respectful, and the atmosphere is very warm and welcoming. It feels more like living with a small family than just sharing a house.
